The code of ethics indicates a public statement of the Bindi Group, which identifies the principles that recognize positive ethical value.
This guiding document is used by the Bindi Group, in the fulfillment of its mission, to cooperate in accordance with the laws and principles of honesty and fairness to promote sustainable development of communities and the environment in which it operates and is present.

I PRINCIPI GENERALI
Il Decreto Legislativo 8 giugno 2001 n. 231 ha introdotto nell’ordinamento giuridico italiano un sistema di responsabilità amministrativa degli Enti - tra cui le società di capitali - per taluni reati commessi da amministratori, dirigenti o dipendenti nell’interesse o a vantaggio dell’Ente stesso.
L'ADOZIONE DEL MODELLO ORGANIZZATIVO
La Società ha adottato un proprio Modello Organizzativo, con lo scopo di costruire un sistema strutturato e organico di principi guida, procedure operative e altri presidi specifici, ispirato a criteri di sana gestione aziendale e volto, tra l’altro, a prevenire la commissione dei reati previsti dal Decreto.
L'ORGANISMO DI VIGILANZA
La Società ha affidato a un Organismo di Vigilanza, il compito di vigilare sull'osservanza delle prescrizioni del Modello Organizzativo, verificare la loro reale efficacia e valutare la necessità di eventuali aggiornamenti.”
